Buckingham Palace said on Thursday that it will not be commenting on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's new docu-series that was released on Netflix on Thursday.
CNN understands neither Buckingham Palace nor Kensington Palace nor any members of the royal family were approached for comment on the content of the series.
The Netflix documentary noted within the series that members of the British "Royal Family declined to comment on the content".
In the feature, Prince Harry, who along with Meghan stepped down from royal duties two years ago, said it was his duty to expose the "exploitation and bribery" of the media, among other claims.
"Truth be told, no matter how I tried, no matter how good I was, no matter what I did, they were still going to find a way to destroy me," Meghan alleged of the royal family.
