Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has revealed he is expecting his first child with long-term partner Erin Darke.
The 33-year-old UK actor met Darke, 38, while working together on Kill Your Darlings in 2012 and have been together for more than a decade.
A spokesperson for Radcliffe confirmed the news to The Mirror
A source close to the couple said they're "thrilled" to be expecting a child.
"Daniel and Erin could not be happier to be expecting. They are absolutely thrilled, and can't wait to become a family of three," the source told The Mirror.
"They told their families and friends recently. It's an incredibly exciting time."
The source also told The Sun, "Daniel is so excited to be a dad. His relationship with Erin is really special and everyone thinks they will be amazing parents," the source said.
"They have kept it pretty quite up until now but she can't hide her bump anymore."
Radcliffe has previously revealed details about the first time he met Darke.
"There's no acting going on - not from my end, anyway. There's a moment when she makes me laugh, and I'm laughing as me and not as my character," Radcliffe told Playboy.
"She was incredibly funny and smart. I knew I was in trouble."
Radcliffe, whose role as Harry Potter shot him to international stardom, also starred in The Lost City, Victor Frankenstein and Swiss Army Man.
