Prince Harry has spoken out about his father King Charles and his recent cancer diagnosis.
The Duke of Sussex, who lives in California with his wife and two children, flew to the UK last week to visit the King.
In an interview with ABC News' Good Morning America, The Duke of Sussex insisted '"I love my family" and he "jumped on a plane" to visit the King "as soon as I could" after hearing of his diagnosis.
The visit came just one day after Buckingham Palace publicly announced earlier this month that Charles had been diagnosed with "a form of cancer."
Prince Harry, 39, opened up about his visit to see his father while visiting the site of the 2025 Invictus Games in British Columbia.
The Duke of Sussex stated his gratitude for being able to visit the King.
"I love my family. The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him, I'm grateful for that," Prince Harry told Good Morning America.
"I've got other trips planned that will take me through the UK, or back to the UK, and so I'll stop in and see my family as much as I can," he added.
When asked about his father's health, Prince Harry responded: "That stays between me and him."
He went on to talk about his life living in the US, saying it was "amazing": "I love every single day."
Questioned on whether he felt American, the Duke said, "No, I don't know how I feel".
However, he admitted he has considered becoming a US citizen.
"American citizenship is a thought that has crossed my mind but certainly not something that's a high priority for me right now."
