The show can go ahead after Taylor Swift fans were earlier evacuated from her latest concert in Australia due to lightning strikes.
The US superstar was set to kick off another show in her Eras Tour, but wild weather in Sydney put a temporary halt to her plans.
Lightning strikes near the Accor Stadium forced the ground floor to be evacuated on Friday evening.
Accor Stadium posted to Twitter, saying the start time to Swift's show had been delayed.
"Stay undercover until further notice and follow venue screens and staff instructions," it posted.
"Stay safe and remember to be kind to those around you."
About half an hour later, attendees said staff were resetting the floor and people were allowed to take their seats again.
However due to the delay, support act Sabrina Carpenter's set was cancelled.
Earlier, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology forecasted a "possibly severe" thunderstorm was likely later on Friday.
According to news.com.au, a spokesperson for Accor Stadium said the show would continue unless there was severe weather "which could impact the safety of artists and patrons".
"Such a decision would be made by NSW Police, the event promoters and Venues NSW staff," they said.
