Married at First Sight Australia has farewelled two couples in emotional scenes that left the other contestants in tears.
In the latest episode of the Australian reality TV series, couples Tristan and Cassandra as well as Richard and Andrea said goodbye to the show after voting to leave.
Tristan and Cassandra said at the Commitment Ceremony that they had spent the week reflecting on their relationship and had realised they were "ready to accept [they] are just going to be friends".
"The next woman to be with you will be the luckiest in the world," Cassandra told Tristan.
"To my ex-wife Cass, I am the luckiest dude to get matched with you. You have been patient, kind, you have listened but overall you are genuine and you mean everything to me," Tristan said.
They left after both revealing they had written leave.
Richard and Andrea meanwhile realised they had reached the end of the road after a number of issues had arisen in their relationship.
"It was chemistry, it was lovely and then when we settle into a relationship we get to know each other and there's things we didn't like and we were trying to navigate that," Andrea told Richard about how they had connected when they first met.
Richard then admitted he was "broken" to see it all finish.
"I came here with a skip in my step and it ended in a devastating, shattering way," he told the experts and Andrea.
"Those 10 days that we spent together, I will never forget in my entire life," Richard said through sobs.
"What a win if I walk away with that, I'll take it anyway."
