A Spanish woman who documented her pregnancy on Instagram has died during an emergency caesarean section.
Vanessa Fernandez Arango, 30, had shared her experiences planning for her baby's birth with 6000 followers since getting the positive result on the pregnancy test.

Ms Arango and husband Jonathan Garcia had been plagued with fertility troubles, including two ectopic pregnancies, before she announced her pregnancy in May.
Ms Arango shared the couple's excitement for the impending arrival with her followers, but didn't shy away from the not-so-good, like a recent diagnosis of gestational diabetes.
On September 3 her husband took over the account to announce Ms Arango had fainted during breakfast and died during an emergency C-section afterward.
"They have taken us by ambulance to the hospital and there they had to do an emergency C-section," Mr Garcia wrote.
"The baby is in very serious condition in the ICU and my wife has suffered a cardiac arrest that she could not overcome.
"I'm sending this because my wife was very caring, and I think the minimum I can do is say goodbye to her like she would have wanted."
Ms Arango's baby survived the procedure and is improving in an intensive care unit. The couple named him Alvaro.
"He still has many tests and will continue for a while in intensive care, but it's a little step," Mr Garcia said.
"I never imagined a goodbye message in her honour would have led to such an avalanche of support... I want you to know I will continue with her dream of helping other couples."
