The Newstalk ZB hosts sold their Auckland home on Arney Road for around $9.6 million in August, according to the Property Guru listing.
Now, it's believed the couple have bought five-acre lifestyle block Duck Creek Lodge, listed on Waller Projects as a "barn-influenced country getaway".
"The barn influence comes through most strikingly in the open-plan living and dining area, where white-painted exposed trusses lift the ceiling to a height of six metres," the feature reads.
Stuff reports the couple paid $4.5 million for the 297 square-metre, four-bedroom home, according to sales records.
On the Bayleys property listing the country style house is said to have three fireplaces and three fridges, which would be perfect for their large blended family - the couple have five children between them.
Hawkesby has been posting Instagram stories and photos from her new home, with her latest post praising "the serenity".
It will be a relief for the morning radio host, who previously bemoaned the state of Auckland's rental market while they were in between owning multi-million dollar homes.
She called renting "a nightmare"; discussing the difficulty in finding a "professional" property manager and being shown through filthy homes.
