An American woman who looked pregnant, but wasn't, has had a 9kg cyst removed from her stomach.
Ashley Walden says she feels lucky to be alive after five years of suffering.
"I was having a lot of pain, a lot of discomfort, I knew something wasn't right."
Her doctor at the time diagnosed her with a benign ovarian cyst. But the pain continued, and she started gaining weight.
"I ended up in the emergency room - I was hurting so bad, that is when they did some tests and found the cyst hit a growth spurt."
The cyst ended up going from her liver down to her bladder.
Now that it's gone, she wants others to know not to put off having surgery.
