Katherine Leigh Mehta, 26, has been charged with public intoxication and obstruction after yelling at guests, being caught having sex with one wedding-goer, and urinating in a tree.
The photographer, who also moonlights as a Maxim underwear model, was shooting a wedding in Texas on Saturday when things reportedly spiralled out of control, Daily Mail reports.
A wedding guest caught Mehta "having sexual intercourse with a male" wedding-goer, and reported it to the off-duty sheriff's deputy working security at the venue, according to the arrest report.
After being asked to leave, Mehta, who works under the modelling name Max McIntyre, allegedly started yelling at various guests, before urinating in a tree near the reception.
Daily Mail writes that local police soon arrived and arrested Mehta, as she threatened the officers.
"Y'all families will be dead by Christmas, y'all's daughters are dead," she allegedly told police.
"My dad is going to find out about this, and y'all are (expletive) dead. D-E-A-D," she continued.
The New York Post reports a bottle of Alprazolam - commonly used in the US to treat anxiety and panic disorders - was found in Mehta's jacket.
She was released on Sunday after she posted $10,738 bail.
In happier news, Mehta was also reportedly the second place finalist for this year's Maxim Cover Girl competition.
