Fried chicken chain KFC will be opening its kitchen doors to fans of the 'dirty bird' and spilling its secrets behind that famous fried delicacies.
The franchise is holding cooking classes across the UK for 3000 lucky customers next week, who will go behind the counter to learn the tricks of the chicken trade.

The lucky winners will learn how to bread chicken, fry it until its crispy and build their own KFC burger using industrial sized sauce dispensers, The Sun reports.
But unfortunately, KFC isn't giving away all its secrets just yet. Fans reportedly won't be taught the secret blend of 11 herbs and spices, but they will be given a pre-made mix to coat their chicken in.
Most KFC workers don't even know exactly what's in the mix as it's locked away in a secret vault and handed out on a need-to-know basis - even though many KFC fans think a descendant leaked the recipe three years ago.
The possible 11 secret herbs and spices, leaked in the Chicago Tribune, is as follows:
Mix 2 cups of white flour with:
- 2/3 Ts Salt
- 1/2 Ts Thyme
- 1/2 Ts Basil
- 1/3 Ts Origino (sic)
- 1 Ts Celery Salt
- 1 Ts Black Pepper
- 1 Ts Dried Mustard
- 4 Ts Paprika
- 2 Ts Garlic Salt
- 1 Ts Ground Ginger
- 3 Ts White Pepper
It's not the first time KFC has opened up its kitchens. It ran a similar event back in 2017, when 100 branches took part.
Tickets sold out in less than 30 minutes last time.
