Last month Sephora confirmed the location of the country's offering would be on Queen Street in Auckland's CBD.
The pre-opening party will kick off at 7am, with DJ's playing for the crowd and the first 500 customers in the door getting their hands on the Zoeva Premiere Eyeshadow Palette.
Coffee, hot chocolate and French crepes are also promised to sustain the beauty fans waiting in line.
The beauty retailer kicked off celebrations over the weekend, with the black and white striped double-decker Beauty Bus opening its doors in Christchurch.
The bus will spend the next two weeks travelling up the country to Wellington, Hamilton and finally Auckland for the grand opening.
Brands on-board the Beauty Bus include Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, tarte, and Sephora Collection.
Before the opening, Kiwi beauty junkies have only been able to get their fix on the store's New Zealand online shopping site, which launched in November 2015.
