New Zealand's favourite confectionery brand is getting behind the Rugby World Cup by releasing limited edition 'Home' and 'Away' blocks, showcasing signature flavours of New Zealand and Japan.

- Chocolate could be key to boosting mood, according to study
With beautifully designed packaging by local artists, the blocks allow chocolate lovers to choose their preferred flavour profile (but we'd encourage trying both).
Whittaker's marketing manager Holly Whittaker says they're pleased to get in the spirit of this important year in the rugby calendar.
The 'Home' block, which combines Whittaker's supremely smooth White Chocolate with locally sourced Coffee Supreme, replicates an iconic New Zealand Flat White in a chocolate block.
"We think Flat White coffee is as Kiwi as the All Blacks and it was important to us to really capture that unique taste, which we believe we've achieved by pairing the perfect hit of roasted coffee with our White Chocolate," she says.
The 'Away' block, which combines Japanese matcha, sourced from the Nishio region, and caramelised pistachios in Whittaker's White Chocolate.
"Our 'Away' block has a hint of Japanese matcha, which is perfectly balanced with our supremely smooth White Chocolate, and to top it off has the added crunch of caramelised pistachios throughout," says Whittaker.
The striking packaging is based on original artworks from New Zealand and Japan respectively. The design for the 'Home' block is based on a 1930s painting of Mt Egmont by Edward John Evelyn Holmwood, held by NZ Archives, and the 'Away' block is based on an 1858 painting of Mt Fuji by Utagawa Hiroshige.
Whittaker's 'Home' and 'Away' blocks will be available in supermarkets and retail outlets nationwide from Monday 16 September.
