July is fast approaching, and for some of us that means cutting out alcohol to help those in need.
Dry July is a 31-day challenge that raises funds for people affected by cancer.
The challenge started in 2008 when a group of friends wanted to take a break from alcohol. It was originally intended as a joke, but has since raised more than $49 million for cancer organisations.
So far more than 17,500 people in Australia have registered and almost 4000 in New Zealand. Are you up for the challenge?
