The increase in popularity of health drink kombucha in recent years has meant it's levelled itself as a go-to refreshment for well-being fans and casual consumers alike.
But now alcoholic versions of the fermented fizzy drink are becoming more popular and hard kombucha is etching out its own market in New Zealand.
With summer upon us, it's time to crack open a can of kombucha and create some refreshing cocktails.
Here's a selection of delicious drinks from Kiwi kombucha companies you can recreate at home.
