A Ukrainian Instagram model who has injected herself with over NZ$3000 worth of cheek fillers says she's set on getting more surgery - this time breast and butt implants.
Kiev local Anastasiia Pokreshchuk, 32, describes herself as a "filler addict" and often injects herself with hyaluronic fillers, using an online tutorial.
She's been labelled by some media as the woman with "the world's biggest cheeks" although it's unclear if that's been verified.
According to the Daily Mail, while Pokreshchuk admits it "can be dangerous", she says she "loves" her drastically altered appearance and isn't planning on slowing down any time soon.
In a recent online Q&A, when one of her 264,000 followers recently asked if she was planning on going under the knife any time soon, she revealed she was planning on increasing her breast size to D-cup and getting stomach fat injected into her buttocks.
"Nature didn't give me any breasts at all," she added.
Pokreshchuk told the Mail that while she used to be "ashamed" of her old appearance, she's a huge fan of her more drastic look.
"My mum thinks that I was naturally beautiful before, but now thinks I look more exotic and my friends say my new appearance is better because before I looked like a grey mouse," she said.
"I've had people tell me I am an ugly bitch and that I should kill myself but when I see it I just laugh it off and ignore it."
