A study into what music makes people run fastest has found Beyonce is the best choice, while Drake slowed people down the most.
The research was conducted by sportswear and lingerie retailer Pour Moi and involved 20 runners listening to different music and recording their speed during 60 runs of at least 1km.
It's not known what the total number of artists used in the study was and the published results are exclusively only modern pop and hip-hop, with no other genres represented.
While Queen B was ranked best for helping one beat their PB, Harry Styles was rated second, ahead of the likes of Adele, Olivia Rodrigo and Ed Sheeran.
Last year, a study of home workout playlists found Dua Lipa was the most popular musician for exercise soundtracks, but the 'Don't Start Now' hitmaker doesn't feature at all in Pour Moi's study.
