Symptoms can include blurred vision, difficulty focusing, irritated eyes, eye fatigue, sensitivity to light, headaches and difficulty reading small print.
One helpful way to reduce the impact of digital eye strain is by remembering the 20:20:20 rule - make sure you look at something 20 metres away, for 20 seconds and do this every 20 minutes.

Specsavers recommends an eye test at least once every two years but if you have noticed any of the symptoms linked with digital eye strain, it's best to book an appointment as soon as you can.
