As a child on the cusp of the millennial-Gen-Z border, bridging tabloids to TikTok, I'm somewhat cognisant of every celebrity scandal from the past two decades - and there's nothing like a husband-cheats-with-nanny story to get tongues wagging.
Whether it was Jude Law's transgression in 2005 or Ben Affleck's alleged affair in 2015, there are multiple entries in the notorious Nanny Diaries - and if the likes of Sienna Miller and Julia Roberts can fall victim to these she-nanny-gans, we mere mortals are hardly exempt.
One woman who discovered her now ex-husband was having hanky-panky with the nanny recently shared her story on TikTok, revealing the incriminating evidence that made her realise his infidelity stretched further back than she might've thought.
In a video posted to her account last month, 33-year-old Natalie - a British mum-of-two who goes by the username @ibizadaze on the platform - explained she had recently been flicking through old family photos from past vacations.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and an old photo taken at a trip to Disneyland made it clear to the mum that her ex-husband and childminder were likely already an item at the time of the holiday - then unbeknownst to Natalie.
She captioned the clip: "We went to Disneyland in Orlando [Florida] and took the nanny with us.
"To help with the kids... not the husband."
In the photo, the mum can be seen sitting in the front row of the Splash Mountain ride with her young daughter, while her husband and the nanny were seated in the row behind. The picture captured the childminder cuddling into the husband as they were dropped into the water.
"I was going through old photos and came across more than one where they were a little too close," Natalie added.
Viewers were shocked by the evidence, with several noting that the two were almost "embracing" during the log flume, while others agreed it was "a red flag".
In several other clips discussing the scandal, the mum said she is now divorced and her ex-husband and the nanny went on to have a child of their own.
In a clip shared in late April, the mum wrote: "Wondering what age my kids will be when they put two and two together and realise that their father having a baby with their nanny was beyond inappropriate."
In another video, Natalie claimed she has since discovered that her ex-husband has also cheated on the former nanny.
"I found out through one of her friends that she's now going through the same shit that I went through with my ex-husband. It's your problem now!" she said.
The clip sharing the old photo from Disneyland has since been deleted from her account.
In March, a mum went viral on TikTok after revealing how she had inadvertently discovered that the father of her child had been cheating on her with another woman - mere hours after giving birth to their son.
