We've seen Nadia Lim and her husband Carlos Bagrie take on the mammoth task of changing things up at Royalburn Farm, including an attempt to grow crops never before attempted at the formerly traditional sheep and barley farm.
Nadia talks about some of the challenges in the second episode which sees a meeting of old worlds and new, when the couple face crop growing and harvesting season. Included in their crops were the recent addition of sunflowers, phacelia and peas, and a giant new influx of honey, alongside a traditional crop of barley.
My Food Bag is producing a selection of meal kits inspired by meals seen throughout the season of Nadia's Farm. If you see Nadia cooking something delicious on Nadia's Farm, head to myfoodbag.co.nz to order and make it for yourself!
