A marketing assistant has exposed her colleagues' clever and incredibly cheeky out-of-office email replies that stray away from traditional formalities.

The video on Australia's Oilshore TikTok blew up, with over 1.8 million views so far, as people were amused with the snarky sign-offs.

"On vacation. Hoping to win the lottery and never return," employee Joseph wrote.

"The bad news is that I'm out of the office, the good news is that I'm out of the office," Danusha wrote.

Danica's out-of-office reply said: "Do not contact me while I'm on leave or I'll report you to HR."

Andrea wrote: "ERROR 404: Employee not found", while employee Georgia set her reply to: "Please enjoy your break from me!"

"If you need me... too bad!" Mikayla's said.

"I'm unsure why you're emailing me given that I put this on my calendar months ago," Rochelle wrote.

James' automatic reply started out normal listing the dates he was away, but it was followed by: "If it's an emergency, call 000".

"Contact someone other than me," Tremaine's said.

Many people flocked to the comments to weigh in on the email sign-offs that encapsulated the generation's bluntness.

"I wish I had this direct attitude but my millennial self would never be able to do that," one person commented.

"I'm so entertained by Gen Z entering the workforce," another wrote.

But not everyone was amused with the cheeky messages.

"No work etiquette at all. As a Millennial I'm offended they get away with it," one person hit back.
