A McDonald's employee has gone viral after sharing a list outlining the "baffling" things that customers do.
Harry Oliver, from the UK, has shared a series of videos to TikTok spilling on customers' annoying habits.
The list included asking if the fries are hot, requesting a cheeseburger with no cheese, or asking for fries without salt, but then wanting salt packets.
Customers that shout their order get on his nerves, Oliver said, but customers who mumble are equally as bad.
According to Oliver, other frustrating occurrences include customers complaining that a Quarter Pounder has cheese in it, getting angry when the shake machine is broken, and ordering extra toppings in their McFlurry.
Selecting table service - but sitting down and expecting table service - bugged the worker too, and finally ordering "just a coffee" but not specifying which type.
Fellow McDonald's employees agreed in the comment section, calling the video "relatable" and sharing the habits they would add to the list.
"Not knowing what they want when they get there," one wrote.
"Saying their order wrong and acting like we put it in wrong," another person commented.
"When they add stuff AT THE WINDOW," a third lamented.
But there are redeeming qualities, with the employee also sharing a much shorter list of customers' 'good habits', which included replying "no worries" after waiting for an extended period or being asked to park their car, as well as having manners in general.
