Miss Universe Australia finalist and fashion model Sienna Weir has died at the age of 23.
Weir, one of 27 finalists in the Miss Universe Australia beauty pageant in 2022, died on Thursday following a horse-riding accident at Windsor Polo Club in Richmond, Australia several weeks ago.
In a moving tribute to Weir on Instagram, her boyfriend Tom Bull said: "We loved with a love that was more than love."
Weir - who had a double degree in English literature and psychology from Sydney University - was on life support at Westmead Hospital for several weeks following the accident, according to news.com.au.
The model's final post to her Instagram has since been flooded with heartfelt messages from her friends, family, and colleagues.
"Heaven has gained the most beautiful angel today. I'll miss everything about you, I love you. I'm so lucky to have known you. Thank you for everything," one friend wrote.
Weir had reportedly been planning to relocate to London to further her modelling career.
Her agency, Scoop Model Management, also paid tribute to the 23-year-old on their social media with the caption: "Forever in our hearts."
Photographer Chris Dwyer described Weir as "one of the kindest souls in the world", adding: "Hope wherever you are, you're being the gremlin we all know and love. Miss you so much already."
The model reportedly began horse-riding at the age of three and developed a lifelong passion for the sport. In an interview with Gold Coast Magazine, she noted: "[I] can't imagine my life without it."
