A popular line of corn chips is being recalled due to an undeclared allergen.
Several importers are recalling all batches and all dates of Leslie's brand Clover Chips Barbecue Corn Snacks due to the presence of gluten.
The product is imported from the Philippines and sold at retail stores throughout New Zealand.
Retailers are being told to display a recall poster in their shops for a month.
New Zealand Food Safety said people with a gluten allergy or intolerance should not consume the product.
"If you are not allergic or intolerant to gluten, this recall does not affect you," the agency added.
Customers with a gluten allergy or intolerance can return the product to their retailer for a full refund.
