An Auckland Lotto player has woken up Thursday morning $4.3 million richer after hitting the Powerball in Wednesday night's Lotto draw.
The winning ticket was sold on MyLotto.
Two other first division players will also be celebrating after pocketing a cool $333,333 each. Both of those tickets were also sold online, to players New Plymouth and Dunedin.
The winning numbers were 1, 5, 15, 21, 24 and 36. The Bonus ball was 13, the Powerball 5.
Strike was 36, 1, 21 and 15. There was one winner, taking home $600,000.
Last week's winner of a $10.5 million jackpot from Christchurch said they were going to celebrate with a cook-up and a Lamborghini, Lotto said in a statement.
