A Lotto player in Karaka, south of Auckland, is $1 million richer after winning Lotto's First Division in Wednesday night's draw.
Lotto said the million-dollar ticket was sold at Karaka Convenience.
But Powerball wasn't struck and has since rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $20 million.
"Strike Four has also rolled over tonight and will be $700,000 on Saturday night," Lotto added.
Sixteen other Lotto players won $17,963 each in Lotto's Second Division, while two players won $27,677 in Lotto's Powerball Second Division.
Lotto is urging anyone who brought their ticket from the stores displayed on the table to check their ticket "as soon as possible".
"The winning Powerball Second Division tickets were sold at New World Aokautere in Palmerston North and on MyLotto to a player from Carterton," a Lotto spokesperson said.
