One lucky Powerball player from Invercargill won $17,250,000 following Wednesday's Lotto draw.
The winning numbers on Wednesday night were 23, 15, 40, 36, 29, and 3. The Bonus Ball was 4 and Powerball was 7.
The ticket was sold on MyLotto. This winner is the seventh Powerball multi-millionaire of 2023, and the win comes weeks after a $7 million Powerball prize was won by a couple from Porirua.
Powerball rolled over to $17 million after it wasn't struck on Saturday's draw. Strike Four also rolled over to $400,000.
On Saturday, two lucky Lotto players from Kaikōura and Invercargill became $500,000 richer after winning First Division on Saturday.
Those winning tickets were sold at Paper Plus Kaikōura and on MyLotto.
