New Zealand Defence Force Chief Lieutenant General Tim Keating spoke to 3 News reporter Tony Wright about the 100-year anniversary of the Battle of Chunuk Bair at Gallipoli.
The two-day battle cost more than 900 New Zealand lives, and Lt Gen Keating has stood on the very ground where the fighting took place.
