The milk tanker driver involved in a crash which killed three members of the same family in Patea has been found dead at his home.
Police say the driver's death has been referred to the coroner, and his family have requested privacy in relation to the "tragic accident".
The crash happened on February 25 when a car collided with the tanker in the south Taranaki town.
Two others were taken to hospital.
