Armed police have raided the Head Hunters headquarters in Christchurch this morning.
Police executed a search warrant at the gang pad on Vickerys Road in the Christchurch suburb of Wigram.
The search is part of an on-going effort to put a stop to the sale and spread of illegal drugs in the region.
The road has been cordoned off around the infamous gang's area.
"Canterbury Police are committed to preventing the social harm caused in the community by the use and distribution of illegal drugs. This includes paying particular attention to the criminal activity of gang members and their associates," Detective Inspector Darryl Sweeney says.
The Head Hunters have only recently moved into the address late last year.
