There are fears Queenstown's booming property market is pricing families out of the region, so one woman is selling her two homes for the price of one.
Kingston is 45 minutes out of Queenstown and resident Susan Shangle believes the market's becoming out of reach of people's price range to live there.
Ms Shangle has decided to put two of her homes on the market – for the price of one.
The $724,000 property's selling for the same price as something much smaller in the Queenstown township.
In the new Bridesdale Farm subdivision, one house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms comes with a higher price tag of $754.995.
Ms Shangle is selling her three bedroom, two bathroom home, as well as the neighbouring self-contained one bedroom unit with two garages.
"I have seen the crazy increases that have happened," she says.
"It was pricey when we moved here back in 2012 and nowadays I don't know how young families are going to get started."

The median house price in Queenstown's now $815,000, up almost 42 percent on last year.
Queenstown realtor Adrien Snow says it's very difficult to find affordable homes.
"The young purchasers, the young couples are experiencing a pretty significant level of desperation and perhaps disappointment as affordability slips away from them."
He says Chinese are dominant buyers in the market place.
