A Waiheke Island woman has been ordered to pay more than $1000 for intentionally damaging a driveway owned by former All Black Marc Ellis.
Briar Ross was found guilty and sentenced at the Auckland District Court this afternoon, following the offending in May last year.
Ross instructed a digger to tear down a wall and dump the rocks on Ellis' property after taking issue with construction on the site.
Ellis had been granted consent to carry out the work.
Ross says she is disappointed with the result, and will be working out her next steps with her lawyers.
