It has been a mixed bag for our athletes at Rio but it's not our only chance to shine at the Olympics this year.
The international culinary Olympics are being held in Germany in October and New Zealand is sending a team for the first time in 28 years.
They're the elite athletes of the culinary world and the competition is gruelling and fierce.
The six chefs who made the cut have been volunteering and training for two years to plate up perfection on the world stage.
Two thousand chefs from 40 countries will be given seven hours to amaze the diners and judges.
It may not be as physical as Rio, but it is pressure-cooking stuff.
