Southbound traffic on Auckland's Southern Motorway ground to a halt at Greenlane after a bus caught fire on Saturday morning.
No one was hurt in the blaze.
The fire was well-involved when crews arrived just after 10am. They found the bus near the Greenlane roundabout.
"It's right beneath the Greenlane interchange," fire service spokesman Jaron Phillips
told Newshub.
Two lanes were closed, and traffic in the area became heavily congested. By 12pm, all lanes had reopened but it took another hour or so for congestion to ease.
