Heavy rain has caused flooding and power cuts through Auckland and the Coromandel.
A large part of the Coromandel is cut off by flooding, and fire crews have responded to calls from Hunua, Clevedon, Kawakawa Bay, Maraetai and Beachlands.
On Wednesday morning, around 200 school children and staff had to be evacuated from Camp Adair in Hunua, some of them piling on the back of a tractor to stay above the waters.
People stuck in the centre of the flooding have sent their pictures through to Newshub. They show the extent of the flooding.
