A truck has been wrecked in a South Island crash on Saturday morning.
Police say the incident happened on Hampden-Palmerston Rd, near Palmerston, at around 5:45am.
The truck came off the road, leaving the driver with minor injuries.
Pictures show the aftermath of the crash, with the truck cab violently wrenched up a bank.
Police are investigating what happened.
