A fire in a Napier home during the early hours of Sunday has been brought under control by firefighters.
The blaze is reported to have broken out just before 5am at the Marine Parade residence.
Four fire crews dampened down hot spots.
A special investigator is due later on Sunday morning to determine the cause.
