New Zealand's most expensive road has been revealed.
Waterfront Cremorne St in the central Auckland suburb of Herne Bay has been given the title, with the properties having a median estimated value of $6.554 million - half-a-million higher than the same time last year.
"Cremorne Street has since overtaken thousands of Auckland streets to become the city's most expensive street to purchase property on," the homes.co.nz website reads.
The road's value has increased nearly 9 percent in the past year, however the wider-Auckland average increase is only 0.8 percent.
Minnehaha Ave and Audrey Rd in Takapuna, and Westbury Crescent in Remuera also made the top five.
In Wellington, Bayview Terrace in Oriental Bay had the top value of $2.48m.
In the South Island, Hunter Rd in the Queenstown-Lakes district was valued at $4.594m, while Christchurch's Heathfield Ave in Fendalton was valued at $2.717m.
