Tour promoter Think INC said they received her visa from Immigration New Zealand overnight.
Manning wasn't granted an Australian visa in time for her shows there, and the Melbourne and Brisbane shows will instead be broadcast via video from New Zealand.
Former Labour Party MP and the world's first openly transgender mayor Georgina Beyer will host Ms Manning's shows in Auckland and Wellington.
The former soldier spent seven years in prison for relasing almost 750,000 classified military and diplomatic documents to WikiLeaks.
In 2013 she was sentenced to 35 years in prison, but was released last year when former US president Barack Obama commuted her sentence.
