The marae won't be making any changes to its usual menu when the couple come for lunch - the pair asked "no real special arrangements" be made for them, NZME reports.
Marenui Café will have to make some changes though, removing the seafood to provide the duchess a pregnancy-friendly menu.
Megan and Harry will visit the popular Wellington spot the Monday after they arrive in the capital, and plans are already in place for the visit.
"Obviously we'll be staying away from anything that would not be good for a pregnant woman," restaurant owner Bronwyn Kelly told NZME.
The café's super steamed mussels have been taken off the menu, but date and orange scones and a baked oatie slice will likely feature.
Aside from the lunch visits the Duke and Duchess will be visiting Pukeahu National War Memorial park, Abel Tasman National Park, Redvale on Auckland's North Shore, the Viaduct Harbour, Rotorua's Government Gardens and the Redwoods Treewalk.
