One of New Zealand's most scenic locations has tourists lining up for the perfect photo opportunity.
Roy's Peak looks over Lake Wanaka in the South Island, and is a popular spot for visitors to the area.
So popular, that tourist Lukas Stefanko posted two pictures on Reddit showing a queue of over 20 tourists lining up to take a photo at the top.
Instagram user Tomas Alfoldi posted a video showing a similar sight, with a queue of people waiting for their chance to take a photo against the picturesque landscape.
Some responses to the Reddit discussion seem angry that the queuing people aren't just enjoying the view.
"I would be pretty upset if I took time off work and paid to travel somewhere special, only to be rushed away from a once in a lifetime moment," said one comment.
"Those people are monopolising the scenic view. Seems messed up."
The Reddit thread has been viewed more than 77,000 times and has almost 2000 comments, many of which are from people with similar stories from other tourist destinations.
In the age of social media, will queuing for attractions start to become the new normal?
