Three people have been injured before Destiny Church head Brian Tamaki's motorcycle ride on Friday.
An image posted to Twitter by Mr Tamaki just hours ago shows the self-proclaimed bishop preparing for his ride down New Zealand.

"See you soon Taupo..Rotorua nd Tokoroa..'New Approach Hui' turning Bad Lives into Good lives..what were once societies worst nightmares into solid,productive,Loving People, [sic]" he tweeted.
"Living My Dream..Tu Tangata Te Iwi Tapu."
Police say they are attending a "serious crash" on Ponga Road near the Auckland suburb of Opaheke, which happened at around 9am.
"One rider is in a critical condition and is being taken to hospital. Two other riders received minor injuries in the crash," a police spokesperson says.
"The serious crash unit is attending the incident. Ponga Road is currently closed near Opaheke and will remain closed for the next couple of hours."
