The body found in the Waitākere Ranges by police on Sunday has been formally identified as that of Grace Millane.
Ms Millane was backpacking in Auckland as part of her OE when she was killed, in a tragedy that has gripped New Zealand.
Police said her family is in the processes of organising to get her home to England in the next few days.

They confirmed her body was found intact from the crime scene on Scenic Drive.
A post-mortem was carried out but police said the results of this would not be released.

Police work continues into the case, yesterday they announced the search for a shovel they believe to be evidence.
They urged anyone with relevant information or who had seen the shovel to let them know.
