The plan that has been hailed as the largest school reform proposed in 30 years is being slammed by principals across the country.
The so called "Tomorrow's Schools" review would establish 20 'Education Hubs' across New Zealand, each responsible for the governance of 125 schools in their area.
The catch is that these hubs would be taking over the bulk of the responsibilities of Boards of Trustees.
