One witness claims the officers started conducting the raid shortly after 7am.
Officers have been inspecting a number of "classic vehicles" on the site. Newshub was able to see a red Corvette, a late model Audi S7 and a black Hummer inside the warehouse.
A late model motorbike has been seized so far.
A local witness told Newshub the building was allegedly being used by "patched members of the Hells Angels".
A police spokesperson confirmed the search warrants were pre-planned as part of an ongoing operation.
Police are currently not in a position to make further comments.
"We expect to provide media with an update later today," said the spokesperson.
Police have said Thursday's investigation is unrelated to the weekend robbery of four vehicles from J's Auto Import on Great North Rd.
More to come.
