Emergency services are responding to a death near an Auckland mall.
Police confirmed to Newshub they are at the scene of an "unexplained sudden death" on Totara Ave, New Lynn, which runs alongside LynnMall.
Police were alerted to the incident at about 2:05pm on Saturday afternoon and are still trying to understand the circumstances of the death. It is, however, not believed to be suspicious.
Two St John vehicles attended what it calls a "traffic incident" in New Lynn at the same time, but treated no patients and was required to take no one to hospital.
