A video of Kiwi teenagers pushing a Lime scooter off a cliff has gone viral on the video-sharing app TikTok.
A young teenager can be seen pushing a Lime scooter off the edge of a cliff, the scooter falling on the rocks below as his friends laugh and film him. The video has amassed over 100,000 views since it was uploaded last month.

The act of vandalism is understood to have taken place in Christchurch. A member of the Facebook group 'Lime Juicers Christchurch' appears to have tracked down the discarded scooter to a shoreline in Sumner, a coastal Christchurch suburb.
The tracker has placed a scooter at a coastline roughly below Sumner's Nicholson Park, through which the cliff edge is accessible.
A tip-off has also blamed the potentially dangerous act on students from a local Christchurch college.
The social media user who uploaded the video to the app has told Newshub he "stole" the clip from "some other random on TikTok". He claims he reposted the footage after the original video gained "so many views".
Mitchell Price, Lime's head of public affairs in the Asia Pacific region, told Newshub that Lime is aware of the incident and have reported it to local police.
"Our operations team in Christchurch will be retrieving the scooter and investigating the matter," Price said in a statement.
"These incidents are taken very seriously. Throwing an electric scooter off any high surface and, in this case, into the ocean, is extremely dangerous and shows a total lack of respect for the environment.
"In addition to being reported to police, any rider found acting dangerously or damaging scooters may have their account banned."
It is so far uncertain what penalties the teenagers might face.
