The framed A4 photo depicts Lewis riding a horse bareback with both of her breasts exposed.
"The photography artwork has been influenced from our Prime Minister - Jacinda Ardern's admirable resolve along with New Zealand's great outdoors," Lewis says.
Lewis warns potential buyers to make sure their other half is comfortable having this in the house. Bidding starts at $100.
The photo was inspired by a similar sketch of Ardern, which depicted the Prime Minister riding a horse topless in July.
The artwork of Ardern was later removed by Trade Me's trust and safety team over fears it could lead to a backlash.
"We felt this listing was inappropriate and decided to take it down," a spokeperson told Newshub.
"Our thinking was that a large volume of complaints from our community was inevitable and we decided to preempt that feedback and remove the auction."
