Ministry of Health officials have held a press conference in Wellington to update the public on coronavirus in New Zealand.
Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield and Dr Michelle Balm, the clinical leader for infection services at Capital and Coast District Health Board spoke to media.
Bloomfield confirmed there are no new cases of the virus in New Zealand, but 31 people are currently undergoing testing.
The one person who has contracted the virus is recovering in hospital.
