Updates on New Zealand's response to the novel coronavirus COVID-19 have been provided by Ministry of Health officials on Monday.
Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield addressed the media at a press conference shortly after 1pm.
There are currently no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in New Zealand since the fifth case was announced on Saturday.
A person in their 60s and two couples have so far been diagnosed with the virus. One couple recently returned from northern Italy, while family members of the other couple had visited Iran - both known COVID-19 hotspots.
