The Ministry of Health and Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern have provided the latest information on New Zealand's COVID-19 outbreak and response.
Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield and Ardern addressed the media on Sunday afternoon during the daily briefing.

Eighty-nine new cases were announced on Sunday, 48 of which are confirmed and 41 are probable. New Zealand's case total now stands at 1039.
There has been one virus-related death in New Zealand. Anne Guenole, a Greymouth woman in her 70s, died on Sunday, March 29 after testing positive for COVID-19. She had an underlying health condition and was initially diagnosed with influenza after being admitted to Grey Base Hospital last Wednesday.
